Which will be the first electric car in my garage?
I WANT AN ELECTRIC CAR!
That's why I write this blog. I needed a way to keep track of which car will likely make it into my garage. If you have information that will help me decide which car to buy then post a comment. When my '99 Subaru Impreza is 10 years old I'm saying goodbye. Which car will take it's place? Come on world, don't make me buy a diesel. I want to be set free from my oil addiction.
How this blog works
The EVM score (EV for Masses) is based on the following criterion:
1- 40 miles per charge
1- Freeway speeds (70 mph)
3- less than $30,000
1- long life/safe battery
1- Safe as vehicles in it's class
1- Public likely to accept
2- Likeliness of follow-through

The date above the vehicle made is when the vehicle is expected to be available for purchase. This information is based on my personal research. Thats very useful for research, thanks! This technology is really coming along. The next generation of batteries is supposed to be really impressive.
